My Story
I’m Elmien Britz, and for over two decades, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people find clarity, courage, and resilience in their lives. With a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), a Bachelor of Social Work (Honours), and accreditation as a Mental Health Social Worker (AASW), my journey has always been guided by a passion for empowering others to face life’s challenges head-on.
Since 2000, I’ve walked alongside clients from all walks of life, supporting them as they navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and personal growth.
I believe that every individual’s path is unique, and my approach focuses on personalised care and practical strategies that make a real difference. Life can feel overwhelming, but I provide a safe and compassionate space where you can rediscover your strength, purpose, and self-belief.
